Meet Michelle

Michelle Holloway is the creator and author of the Parkinson’s Planner. She is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) who is deeply committed to helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and quality of life as they navigate health challenges.

Through her professional experience and personal insights, Michelle recognized that individuals living with Parkinson’s often face the daily challenge of managing symptoms, appointments, medications, and important health changes. She created the Parkinson’s Planner to provide a practical, organized tool that helps individuals and caregivers keep important information in one place.

Why Michelle Created the Planner

The Parkinson’s Planner was inspired by Michelle’s passion for supporting individuals and families as they manage complex health conditions. She saw the need for a simple, structured system that could help people stay organized, communicate effectively with healthcare providers, and feel more confident in managing daily life with Parkinson’s.

The Philosophy Behind the Planner

Michelle believes that organization and awareness can empower individuals to take a more active role in their health journey. The Parkinson’s Planner was designed to promote clarity, structure, and collaboration between patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals supporting informed decision-making and improved quality of life.
